What it is

What is a School Readiness Programme?

It helps young children transition from the early years environment to Primary School — developing core literacy and numeracy, social-emotional maturity, routines, and the independence formal schooling expects.

Bilingual language experiences

English and Chinese woven into daily phonics, storytelling, role-play, and guided conversation.

Foundational mathematics

Hands-on number work, patterning, counting, and simple problem tasks using concrete materials.

Listening & focus practice

Short, guided learning blocks and interactive activities that gradually extend attention spans.

Guided social interaction

Daily group work, stories, and role-play to practise interaction, cooperation, and turn-taking.

Project-based exploration

Open-ended projects, experiments, and inquiry tasks that support thinking and questioning.

P1 English Bridging

An exam-aware curriculum for K2: cloze passages, synthesis exercises, and Primary 1 conventions.

How it works

Our readiness process

A carefully planned, supportive journey that builds confidence and independence.

01step

Initial observation & assessment

We begin by observing each child's learning behaviours, strengths, and areas for growth.

02step

Personalised support & guided learning

Tailored guidance, targeted activities, and encouragement based on each child's profile.

03step

Establishing classroom routines

Daily routines, transitions, and responsibilities help children adapt to structured environments.

04step

Continuous evaluation & adjustment

Progress is monitored consistently, and learning plans are refined as children grow.

05step

Regular parent communication

Frequent updates ensure home and school work together to reinforce skills.
